At Furrlo, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 14–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, carrier delays, or high-demand periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £40. Orders under £40 may be subject to a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at petjamstore@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately. We will either resend the item or issue a full refund.
