7. Returns & Refunds We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. Full details are available in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
8. Consumer Rights As a UK consumer, you are entitled to certain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (cooling-off period) without giving a reason.
